Yoga (/ˈjoʊɡə/;[1] Sanskrit: योग;), Sanskrit for "yoking" or "union", is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual st practices or disciplines that originated in ancient India : As from Wikipedia.

People always try to attain mental and  physical fitness. There was no need of Yoga in ancient times as today it is. People of ancient time used follow many practices which ultimately helped them to attain physical and mental fitness in return. For instance, early humans ,when our habitat, feeding habits was primitive, they even didn't realized about these stuffs because they never felt the need of these things.

Yoga, in Indian Mythology, is considered as one the way mythological way to attain peace. Since this is a very effective practice, It has been spread around the globe. From western to eastern countries, people are aware of this.

But even Yoga  is very popular and heavily followed in every nook and cranny of the world.There are many misconception prevailing about it. 

So, Motive of organizing this Tetratrauma's International Yoga Day School Championship 2021 is to encourage our young generations about this magical practice. As Yoga would help them to cure their every trauma either a physical or a mental one.

1.What is this ?

This is basically a simple inter-school quiz competition on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2021.

There will an attempt to check your knowledge about Yoga. Remember this championship is not only to check your knowledge but also It will give you an opportunity to represent your school as whole to online community.

Basically, This is a quiz competition in which questions are aimed according to Yoga. This quiz will be held online on 21st july, 2021.

So, Must participate in this championship to be Leader.

2.How to participate ?

To participate you have to go in Web browser and search " TETRATRAUMA" 

1.  And click "TETRATRAUMA.TECH" from the search results as shown below   Result numbers may be different in your browser.
2. After choosing the appropriate result. A website named "tetratrauma.tech"  will open. On the Home Page of the website in the "Important" section Click Tetratrauma's International Yoga Day School Championship 2021.

3.  When you will click on the above link the Championship Information page will        open in which all information regarding International Yoga Day School  Championship Is given.    Keep in mind About following points.

   1. There are 20 questions in all.
   2. You will be given 15 seconds for each questions to answer.
   3. You can't quit the quiz when it started once.
   4. You can't change your option when you have clicked one.
   5. Final score will be displayed when you once finishes the last        question.

1.  Date: 21 July, 2021 (10:00 am IST) to 23 July, 2021 (2:00 pm IST)
2. Eligibility: Anyone can participate only they have to provide correct Details about them
3. Duration:  3 days...(link to quiz interface on website " Tetratrauma.tech " will active by 10:00 am IST)  
4.  Mode: Online
5. Total Number Of Questions: 20
6.  Time given to each question: 15 seconds
7. Winner declaration: 25 July, 2021 on website " Tetratrauma.tech ".
8. Prize Distribution: Prizes to winner will be sent to their respective School. 

 Rule: Individuals can participate in this championship but incentives will be provided only to those whose school has send minimum 80 students from their side.

In case if any individuals win they will only get Digital Certificate of appreciation not the medal if their mentioned school have not sent minimum of 80 students.

Student can enter in this championship at any time by taking the given quiz.

4. Why participate?

   As we have told already there are many misconception about YOGA is prevailing. So, to correct  this misconception more analysis is mandatory on this topic.

Also, the highest scorer will be rewarded with a Certificate of Appreciation and a Medal. And also the the school of the winner's side will be Rewarded for sending their students to this auspicious steps taken forward.

This was all about Tetratrauma's International Yoga Day School Championship 2021. Many Schools of India are participating in this championship. This wiil also helpful for all to know the position on All India Rank Basis.

We know that while taking the quiz students will not use any trick to win this this Championship. If they do so they should be reminded that Honesty Is the best  policy which pays in a long run.
